Pursuant to article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/03, Il Borgo s.r.l. will process the personal data you have provided in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Code. Pursuant to and for the purposes of this law, your personal data will be processed lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner, in order to protect your privacy and rights. Personal data are provided on a voluntary basis, but, please, note that failure to provide some personal information will result in our inability to confirm your stay. Your data will be used only to complete the registration process and to transmit it to the authorities responsible for public safety, in accordance with the provisions on public safety (T.U.L.P.S.). Your personal data will not be stored for advertising or other purposes if you do not give your express and written consent. These rules and regulations shall have immediate effect. If you fail to comply with even one of the above rules, your booking will be cancelled; you will be ousted from the tourist facility and you will lose any amount already paid.
